Celebrate National BBQ Week with a Pure radio
National BBQ Week is back in 2013 and runs for the 17th time between May 27th-June 2nd. If the weather holds out for us, then we are in for a summer of scorching BBQs! We have several portable radio systems to bring music outdoors for those summer evenings to come.

INGREDIENTS
- 350g ketchup, 1 bay leaf, 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, Dash of Tabasco ,Juice of 1 lemon, Salt and pepper to season
METHOD
How to make five-minute barbecue sauce
1. In a pan, mix the ketchup, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, wholegrain mustard, smoked paprika, dash of Tabasco and lemon juice. Heat until bubbling and simmer for 2 minutes. Season.
2. Serve as a sauce or cool and use as a marinade for ribs and chicken.
